Fulfillment Policy
Lead Delivery Schedule:
Payments received before 1:00 PM EST: Leads will be delivered on the same business day, typically before the end of the day.
Payments received between 2:00 PM and 6:00 PM EST: Leads will be delivered on the next business day, typically before 1:00 PM EST.
Orders placed after 6:00 PM EST or outside business hours will be processed the next business day.
Lead Delivery Method:
Leads will be sent to the email address provided by the client during the checkout process. Clients are responsible for ensuring the email address is correct and functional.
Lead Quality:
All leads are verified and meet the pre-defined criteria outlined in the chosen service package. Leads are also TCPA/DNC-compliant to adhere to industry standards.
Refund and Cancellation Policy
Refunds:
Refunds or replacements are offered for leads that fail to meet the agreed specifications, such as invalid contact information or non-compliance with the stated qualifications.
Refund requests must be submitted within 5 business days of lead delivery. Approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days.
Refunds are not issued for leads that fail to convert, as success depends on client follow-up and marketing strategies.
Cancellations:
Orders can be canceled before lead generation begins. A cancellation fee of 10% of the order value may apply.
Once lead generation has started, cancellations are no longer permitted.
Delivery Issues:
If there is an issue with lead delivery (e.g., incorrect email address or server issues), clients must contact us within 2 business days of the expected delivery to resolve the issue.
